(All parcels will be dispatched on a next working day basis Monday-Friday, no Saturday delivery available)
Our preferred payment method is Paypal, we also accept cheques and bank transfers. (Deliveries made only after cleared funds received)
All our products are made with very high quality material and well tested for performance. However, we understand that there are occasions when you need to return goods to us. For your peace of mind and happiness we offer the following terms in respect of returns and refunds for our products.
Changed your mind:
If you have simply changed your mind about your order and you wish to return your goods, then in line with the UK’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any goods within a period of 14 working days, beginning with the day on which the goods got delivered.
Please contact us as soon as possible to inform us that you wish to cancel you order, by e-mailing us. If your order has not been dispatched then we will cancel it immediately and money returned. However, if your order has already been shipped then you will need to return the goods to us unused and in original packaging at your own cost and within 14 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for items that shows evidence of having been used unless they are faulty. On receipt of the goods we will issue a refund for the cost of the goods to your original payment method and there will be 25% restocking and handling charge. Postage and insurance are not refundable.
Baths can not be returned and must be checked before you sign the delivery note. Bath once received cannot be returned. It must be returned before you at the time of delivery just in case you change your mind or you find it damage. If you change your mind at the time of delivery, delivery cost of £25.00 will still be liable to you.
Damaged Goods Delivered/Guarantee:
This product carries 15 years manufacturer’s guarantee from the date of purchase. If a problem arises please send goods back to us. If the goods are damaged upon receipt please email us within two days of delivery. We aim to replace any defective items with replacements. If this is not possible we shall issue a refund to you. Exchanged items will only be sent after we have received the defective item back from you in its original packaging. Following inspection, we will, at our discretion, either repair, replace, or return the item to you. The item will be returned if we feel there is no manufacturing fault. Please inform us immediately if your goods were damaged in transit. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt it is advisable to return it with driver and make a note saying damaged goods . We will arrange for replacement goods to be dispatched to you once the original order has been returned, or an alternative course of action to be taken, if you so wish.
In case returning goods please include a cover note, explaining the issue and what action you would like us to take, as well as your name, address, contact phone number and order number, and original proof of purchase. Make sure that the goods are packaged safely and securely, using the original packaging if possible, and that you use a signed for service with adequate insurance to cover the cost of the item/s to be returned. We recommend that you use a reputable courier.
Please note that responsibility for any product returned remains with you until such time as we receive it and a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods. If you send a product back for an exchange you will be charged for shipping the new product back to you.
